The beach view was amazing, with a breathtaking view. The buffet breakfast had an incredible selection. The pool area was great and we enjoyed our time spent here. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel we stayed at had the most spectacular view of the ocean from our room! Plus, the buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had. We loved that we could stay and take advantage of their facilities even after checking out.

We could hear everything from the room next door which made it hard to relax. a language barrier made it difficult to communicate with some staff members.

Spent New Year at a hotel located on an amazing beach with incredible views! Enjoyed buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food options and relaxing pool area! The room providing comfortable beds, a tidy and modern space, was definitely a plus! It was really nice that we could use the hotel facilities even after checking out, and it provided a shower to refresh before the long haul flight!

Thin walls in the room allowed hearing conversations from the next one which was sometimes annoying. the lack of English communication from most of the staff members made communication challenging, but front desk staff spoke good English.

the exclusive amenities in our room fulfilled our every need. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided endless relaxation. the location advantages were incredible; we had direct beach access and enjoyed spending time in the garden area. the Spa and wellness centre exceeded our expectations with a variety of treatments and massages available.

The one minor issue we encountered was the language barrier with staff members. While the reception spoke English, other areas of the hotel did not, making communication difficult.

Communication with staff members, who mainly speak Portuguese, can be difficult, leading to inconvenience.
